Quality Control Department of a leading Glass Packaging Manufacturer in Central Asia is equipped with ZMT LLC equipment

Plant of Microelectronic Technologies and companies of Central Asia have been historically connected with business cooperation traditions. A number of glass factories in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan duly appreciate and are actively using Izhevsk devices and machines for monitoring glass quality.

The visit of ZMT LLC representatives to ASL OYNA LLC in Tashkent became a new milestone of such collaboration. The name “ASL OYNA” is translated into Russian as “pure glass”. And this is for a reason – this glass packaging factory annually produces hundreds of millions of packaging pieces from colorless, green and brown glass. The glass bottle and glass jar production technology comprises the complete cycle – from design to decorating. Thus, ASL OYNA LLC is fully responsible for the quality of its products and guarantees the highest glass quality standards for its customers. For this, measuring and testing equipment by ZMT LLC will be used in Quality Control Department of ASL OYNA LLC from 2025 onwards.

The specialists of Plant of Microelectronic Technologies had a visit to the capital of Uzbekistan to commission the following measuring and testing equipment: machine for testing glass packaging by hydrostatic pressure UIS-GD, machine for testing glass packaging for slipping UIS-S, machine for testing glass packaging by vertical load UIS-VN, thickness gauge for non-ferromagnetic materials IT-1-01.

The task of commissioning the equipment was successfully completed by representatives of both companies within two days. The devices and machines were connected to utilities, their operability was tested, and the personnel of Quality Control department were trained to work with this type of equipment.

The representative of ZMT LLC E.O. Elizarov also presented new developments to Director for Quality Assurance of ASL OYNA LLC А.А. Ganieva — thickness gauge for hot-dip coating of glass containers IT-GP, laboratory-type inspection machine MILT-1, two-position machine for testing glass packaging by hydrostatic pressure UIS-GD2P. This equipment that does not have any analogs manufactured in CIS sparked the host’s interest.

Summing up the joint work, the representatives of both companies pointed out the following. ASL OYNA LLC plans to further strengthen its positions of the leading glass packaging factory in Uzbekistan and to continuously improve its technologies and product quality. And it is necessary to extend the use of Izhevsk devices and machines in this process for the good reputation of glass packaging manufactured in Tashkent to be heard not only in Uzbekistan but also outside it.
