APPLICATION

The machine is intended for controlling the heat resistance at temperature differences set up in the technical documentation for glass packing for certain types of products (A method, GOST 13903-2016) and for testing the heat resistance while studying strength (B and C methods, GOST 13903-2016) of glass containers produced according to the requirements of GOST 32131 and GOST 5717.1 (if requested by a customer).

 

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

The following is performed without an operator’s intervention:
- tank preliminary filling with water;
- reaching the required temperature in the tanks, including water temperature decrease to the water supply line temperature in the cold tank;
- holding time counting;
- transporting samples tested from tank to tank.
